- Dr. Jerry "Jay" Neel is a 1993 graduate of the Southern
California College of Optometry. He has been practicing in
the Santa Barbara area since 1998. Dr. Neel is fully licensed
to diagnose and treat all of the most common types of ocular
disease. He also has extensive experience fitting all types of
contact lenses. While in optometry school Dr. Neel served as
class president. He completed residencies at The Center for
the Partially Sighted in Santa Monica, CA and the Portland
Veterans Administration Hospital in Portland, OR.
- Dr. Neel has been a member of the local volunteer medical
group Aeromedicos and completed over 10 volunteer missions
to Baja California over a two year period. Aeromedicos has
been serving the isolated community of Cadeje Mexico and
other Baja California communities for over 20 years. www.

- Dr. Neel lives in downtown Santa Barbara with his wife Dr.
Quy Neel and is proud to serve the beautiful community of
Santa Barbara.
